About Me

Welcome!

My business was inspired by not only my education but by my own life Transformation.

It began with becoming a Personal Trainer after gaining over 30 kilos with the pregnancy of my first child then continued into sports nutrition, Massage, Hypnotherapy, Counselling and coaching.

My own transformation after suffering from anxiety and depression inspired me to be an advocate for like-minded people, to be able to draw from my own experience both professionally and personally, to help make an impact on someone’s life for the better.

 

I use various techniques and approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, Hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based strategies. My goal and passion is to create a supportive and empowering space to encourage you to draw from your strengths in order to overcome current challenges and gain a greater sense of meaning and satisfaction in your life.

I tailor each program based on what each individual client needs with the aim of getting deep into the root of the problem.
I am passionate about making your experience (whether it’s physical or emotional) what you want and more.

I Recently had the honourable invitation to attend Antys course held on three separate days over three diff weeks. I totally recommend this course (as someone who has done well-being courses before) -not only does it have a great breakup mixture of screen slides info, writing activities to draw out – How do I currently treat myself?  Discussion and support times as a group or pairs expressing such things with others,- it also included movement!

Yes get up off the seats and learn ideas that help right in those icky moments of life – ideas to Pierce those moments that glue us to fears!
Its a course that brings the amount of info that’s substantial to create direct change and shift in a person’s life , leaving them with tangible ideas of things that can input in the mind – oh ok I can do this , instead of continued behaviour of feeling powerless – without feeling like you’ve just had someone try to push an encyclopedia into the brain!

This course is way more real, realistic, and direct to human lives functioning – and Anty def needs to get this course out there !! I personally believe it could save lives from the change in, input of people recreating their self-belief!!
